How to Create a New Apple ID on the iPhone
If you want to buy apps in the App Store, sign up for Apple Music or an iTunes account, or use iCloud, iMessage, or FaceTime, you'll need your own Apple ID first. Before you create an Apple ID, be sure that you don't already have one that you've forgotten the password for. - Open the Settings app.
- Tap on Sign in to your iPhone at the top of the screen.

Removing iCloud Account without a Password
Here are the steps to remove an iCloud account on iPhone/iPad.
Step 1. The first thing you'll need to do is open the Settings menu followed by iCloud. Tap on the iCloud option and you'll be asked to enter a password. Since you don't remember the password, simply enter in any digits and tap on the Done option.
Step 2. Your device will show an alert saying that the details entered by you are incorrect. Ignore the warning and tap on OK followed by Cancel. Head back to the main iCloud screen and tap on Account. Then, remove everything from the description box and tap on Done.
